1. Be not so nervous
- Be friendlier.
- Smile more often.
- Seek to make eye contact with other humans.
- Initiate conversations.
2. Be not so frail
- Get on the bike at least 3 times per week (four would be better).
- Walk the dog more, or at least encourage him to chase a ball or two.
- Consider rollerblading.
- Avoid whining.
